This product is 80% polyester 20% linen solid single jersey fabric. Because of the characteristic of linen, the hand feeling is a little rough and a little granular.
It’s environmentally friendly, light and breathable, so it’s very suitable for making T-shirts.
If you have any other requirement, we also can make customize fabric according to your requirements, such as make printing (digital printing, screen printing, pigment printing), yarn dyed, tie dye or brushed.

It is light and breathable, with strong moisture absorption, good elasticity and ductility. So it’s very suitable for sportswear, when you go to the gym, you may wear a T-shirt made of single jersey fabric.

What type of single jersey fabric can we do?
Single jersey fabric usually make lightweight or medium weight fabric weight. Normally we can make 140-260gsm.

What composition can we do for single jersey fabric?
We can do cotton (spandex) single jersey, polyester (spandex) single jersey, rayon (spandex) single jersey, cotton blend single jersey, polyester blend single jersey and so on.
It is worth mentioning that we also can make organic cotton, recycle polyester single jersey fabric, we can offer certifications, like GOTS, Oeko-tex, GRS certificate.

Lab Dips and Strike Off Rule
1. Piece dyed fabric: lab dip need 5-7days.
2. Printed fabric: strike-offf need 5-7 days.

2. Make to order: 20KG per color.

Delivery Time
1. Plain fabric: 20-25 days after receive 30% deposit.
2. Printing fabric: 30-35 days after receive 30% deposit.

Payment And Packing
