This product is 68% rayon 26% polyester 6% spandex brushed hacci single jersey fabric, both rayon and polyester yarns are dyed, the front side is brushed. It is made of coarse needle, the fabric surface is compact and thick, which is more suitable for making autumn and winter clothes.

If you have any other requirement, we also can make customize fabric according to your requirements, such as make printing (digital printing, screen printing, pigment printing), yarn dyed, tie dye or brushed.

What is “Single Jersey Fabric”?
Single jersey fabric is widely used in out clothing, maybe it occupies half of your wardrobe, it can make shirts for Spring, Summer, Autumn and even Winter.
Single jersey fabric is single knitted fabric, the front side and back side are different.

What type of single jersey fabric can we do?
Single jersey fabric usually make lightweight or medium weight fabric weight. Normally we can make 140-260gsm. Some of hacci single jersey fabric will choose to brushed the front side, then the weight will be little higher. Fabric will become more thicker and warmer, more suitable for autumn and winter.

What composition can we do for single jersey fabric?
We can do cotton (spandex) single jersey, polyester (spandex) single jersey, rayon (spandex) single jersey, cotton blend single jersey, polyester blend single jersey and so on.

It is worth mentioning that we also can make organic cotton, recycle polyester single jersey fabric, we can offer certifications, like GOTS, Oeko-tex, GRS certificate.

1. Piece dyed fabric: lab dip need 5-7days.
2. Printed fabric: strike-offf need 5-7 days.

Delivery Time
1. Plain fabric: 20-25 days after receive 30% deposit.
2. Printing fabric: 30-35 days after receive 30% deposit.
